Dagran Signs Contract to
Provide Integration Services Alamance Regional Medical Center |

Tucson, Arizona (January 6, 1998)
- Dagran, a leading information technology consulting firm

that it has signed a contract to provide integration consulting
services for Alamance Regional Medical Center (ARMC), a not-for-profit,
private, community healthcare system, serving Burlington,
NC, and the surrounding area with a state-of-the-art medical
center. |

Dagran will provide integration
services including interface engine configuration, interface
design, development, installation, conversion and testing utilizing
the CAI TDM interface engine software. Additionally, Dagran
will train ARMC's information services staff on the utilization
of the CAI engine. |
