| Dagran Signs Contract to
Provide Integration Services at Northern Arizona Healthcare |

| Tucson, Arizona (February 2, 2003)
- Dagran, a leading information technology consulting firm
focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, today announced
that it has signed a contract to provide integration consulting
services for Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), the parent
company of Flagstaff Medical Center, Verde Valley Medical Center,
VVMC - Sedona Campus and Northern Arizona Homecare. |

services group, as well as NAH's outsourcing partner, Perot
Systems, providing integration expertise focusing on the implementation
of Kansas City based Cerner Corporation's Millennium integrated
system. |
