| Carondelet Health Network Signs
Integration Services Contract with Dagran |

| Tucson, Arizona (February 2, 1999)
- Dagran, a leading information technology consulting firm
focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, today announced
that it has signed a contract to provide integration consulting
services for Carondelet Health Network in Tucson Arizona. Carondelet
Health Network is part of the Carondelet Health System, a nationwide
network of hospitals operated by the Sisters of St. Joseph
of Carondelet, which in addition to Arizona, have health care
services in New York, Minnesota, Georgia, Idaho, Washington,
California, Missouri, Kansas and Wisconsin. |

services including interface engine configuration, interface
design, development, installation, conversion and testing utilizing
CAI's TDM interface engine software. Additionally, Dagran will
train Carondelet's information services staff on the utilization
of the CAI engine. |
