| University Medical Center Signs
Integration Services Contract With Dagran |

| Tucson, Arizona (May 17, 2000) -
Dagran, a leading information technology consulting firm focused
exclusively on the healthcare industry, today announced that
it has signed a contract to provide integration consulting
services for University Medical Center (UMC) located in Tucson,
Arizona. UMC is a private, nonprofit hospital located at the
Arizona Health Sciences Center adjacent to The University of
Arizona. |

professional services to support the implementation of an electronic
laboratory order interface in conjunction with the installation
of a physician order entry system. |
