| The Community Hospital Signs Integration
Services Contract with Dagran |

it has signed a contract to provide integration consulting
services for The Community Hospital, Springfield, Ohio. |

services including interface engine configuration, interface
design, development, installation, conversion and testing utilizing
the Hublink Integrator interface engine software. Additionally,
Dagran will train Community's' information services staff on
the utilization of the Hublink engine. |
