| Dagran Signs Integration Services Contract at
Children's Hospital and Health Systems Inc. |

| Tucson, Arizona (August 22, 2003) - Dagran,

a contract to provide integration consulting services for Children's
Hospital and Health Systems Inc. (CHHS), a private, independent,
not-for-profit, pediatric medical center whose mission is to
