| Dagran Signs Contract to
Provide Integration Services at Northern Healthcare Systems |

| Tucson, Arizona (October 27, 1998)
- Dagran, a leading information technology consulting firm
focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, today announced
that it has signed a contract to provide integration consulting
services for Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), the parent
company of Flagstaff Medical Center, Verde Valley Medical Center,
VVMC - Sedona Campus and Northern Arizona Homecare. |

| Dagran will work with NAH's information
services group providing integration expertise focusing on
the implementation of MasterCharts's Healthframe application.
Dagran will provide integration services including interface
engine configuration, interface design, development, installation,
conversion and testing utilizing STC's Datagate interface engine
software. |
