| Sherri L. Yandell, President and Founder of
Dagran, is a 20-year veteran of the healthcare information
technology's integration and clinical system implementation
fields. |
|
| Before forming Dagran, Ms. Yandell was Director
of Integration Services at Enterprising Healthcare Inc., a
provider of systems integration products and services for the
healthcare market. Prior to Enterprising Healthcare, Sherri
enjoyed a successful seven-year career at Sunquest Information
Systems, first as an interface programmer, and the last three
years she was Manager of Development, Application Interfaces. |

| Ms. Yandell holds Bachelor of Science degrees
in Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science from the University
of Arizona. |
|
| Andrew Mallon, Development Manager,
brings over twelve years experience working in the Healthcare
and Healthcare Insurance Information Systems to Dagran. |
|
| Mr. Mallon began his career at Intergroup
of Arizona (now HealthNet), developing custom interfaces between
mainframe and PC-based systems. Later he became an integral
part of Enterprising Healthcare, a provider of systems integration
products and services for the healthcare market, developing
all types of healthcare interfaces using all major messaging
standards and communications protocols. |

| Mr. Mallon joined Dagran Healthcare Systems
Consulting in April of 2000 as Development Manager. He has
applied his interface development expertise towards designing
InfiniLinks, a best-of-breed next-generation interface engine. |
